There are businesspersons who know what they want to sell on a website, but for most users this topic is truly unclear. The question should focus on the type of business you are building your website for, as such a thing is more important. When you sell products, things are pretty clear. But when you sell services they can get a little confusing. When service are building a website, they have problems defining what exactly they are selling. This is especially true when it comes to soft areas such as training, or where there are a wide range of business activities.
